Product Description:

Meigetsu is a newly cultivated and incredibly popular Japanese apple variety 🍎, a cross between the Akagi and Fuji apples. It gets its name from its beauty, resembling the bright moon rising on an autumn night. The skin is yellow, but the sun-facing side turns orange-red. Another unique feature of Meigetsu apples is their high probability of developing a "honey-like" nectar gland, similar to Honey Fuji apples, resulting in an extremely high nectar content and a honey-like sweetness. The flavor is sweet and rich. Because it's a more delicate variety and doesn't keep for long, it's only available during peak season.
