From breeding to market, this new variety took 15 years of dedicated research at the Yamanashi Prefecture Fruit Tree Experiment Station.
Its parent varieties are the popular Shine Muscat and the red Sunny Dolce grape. Carefully crossbred, it features thin skin, seedless, plump fruit, and a sweet, juicy flavor, with a delicate floral aroma that blossoms in your mouth with every bite.

Located at the foot of Mount Fuji, Yamanashi Prefecture enjoys abundant sunlight and significant temperature differences between day and night, creating ideal conditions for Japan’s finest fruits.
